Bronchitol®
Bronchitol (mannitol inhalation powder) is a prescription medicine that is used together with other therapies to improve lung function by helping to clear mucus from the lungs.
It is an osmotic agent approved for the treatment of cystic fibrosis (CF) in selected patients. It works by drawing water into the airways, helping to thin and clear mucus, thereby improving lung function and reducing the risk of respiratory infections.
As one of the few inhaled mucolytic therapies specifically approved for CF, Bronchitol addresses a critical unmet need in a rare disease population.

Aridol®/Osmohale®
Aridol®/Osmohale® (mannitol inhalation powder for bronchial challenge testing) is a diagnostic agent used to identify bronchial hyperresponsiveness, which is a hallmark of asthma and other airway disorders.
It provides a standardized, non-invasive method for evaluating airway reactivity and supports the accurate diagnosis and management of respiratory diseases.

Aridol®/Osmohale® are available as a standardised test kit containing pre-filled mannitol capsules and a handheld dry powder inhaler.
